We’re trialling a lightweight, rewards-based system that encourages tenants to allow first-time access for compliance visits. Saving time, cost and hassle for housing associations.

How it Works

1. Invite tenants to opt in.
Let residents know they can earn rewards for granting access and invite them to join Gaffa.
2. Share visit outcomes
Use our portal, upload a CSV, or call our API. However your team works, we’ll make sure it’s easy to share the results.


3. We Notify Tenants
If access was granted, we let the tenant know via SMS or email that they’ve earned points for their cooperation.
4. Tenants choose a reward
They log in to the Gaffa rewards store, browse real gift cards, and choose one they like.

Gaffa’s Future Vision
In addition to Gaffa Rewards, Gaffa Homes is underway.
Gaffa Homes is being designed to make housing services work better for everyone, improve communication and engagement between tenants, housing and contractors. Our aim is to make the repair and maintenance experience more rewarding for everyone.
With photo uploads, real-time updates and built-in rewards, it encourages tenants to engage early and helps teams act quickly and confidently.
